Our customer's experience is a priority for us at Hawke's Bay Airport. We need your feedback to help us understand what is important to you and learn more about your travel experience. Our quick survey takes around 5 minutes to complete, and every entry will be randomly drawn every 2 months to win a $500 Flight Centre voucher.

If you are in Hawke's Bay Airport's terminal, please use the complete our survey by scanning the QR code or by jumping on the free Wi-Fi. 

Terms and conditions:

The prize draw is entered by completing the survey.

The prize is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18.

One entry is permitted per person.

There is one prize of a $500 Flight Centre voucher.

The winners will be contacted by email or phone at the end of each 2-month draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted by email or phone within 3 days another winner may be drawn.

The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize. The prize is for a $500 travel voucher only.

The prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.

The winners will be drawn randomly.

Hawke's Bay Airport reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who Hawke's Bay Airport decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

Each winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Hawke's Bay Airport in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. 

Hawke's Bay Airport is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

All employees working at Hawke's Bay Airport Ltd are not eligible to win the prize at any time.

When completing the survey you mat have the option to join our e-newsletter database. If you sign up, you can opt out at any time.

By entering this survey and providing contact information, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Any personal information collected as part of the survey will only be used to provide broad demographic insights into Hawke's Bay Airport’s customers, and to contact the winners of the survey. No individuals participating in the survey will be identified by Hawke's Bay Airport in any survey reporting or other format.
